(bottle, as Winter Gold, 5.6% abv, courtesy of Jonas) Slightly unclear, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Slightly grainy and nutty malty aroma. Mildly sweet-bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Strawy and shy grainy taste with delicately herbal and slightly woody hops in the background; mildly sweet malt-accented and slightly bitter hoppy finish with shy woody notes. Inoffensive, slightly boring beer. 10.IV.12

(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond and short frothy head. Yeasty, fruit-accented aroma with notes of apricots, banana, accompanied by wheaty notes and a mildly clovy touch. Slightly sweet flavour, light bodied with a lively carbonation. Slim wheaty and yeasty taste with a moderate fruit-character, getting a bit stronger towards the mildly sweet and slightly sourish fruity finish with a tinge of cloves. Not that bad for a light Wheat. 07.III.12

Bottle (thanks to Joss!): Golden, almost clear, but some floaties visible, carbonation, too; sweet grainy-dusty nose with a slight strawy bitterness in the second row; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, pretty light bodied, pretty soft; slightly increasing bitterness in the sweetish-grainy finish. Not bad…but boring…

Bottle: Golden, clear, small & stable white foamy layer, sweetish cornfield-like nose, no hops "visible"; soft, light to medium bodied, light to moderate sweet flavour, bitterness very well hidden; short grainy-sweetish finish with a very delicate bitterness. Clean, but absolutely not a Pilsener! Or did I grab a wrongly labelled bottle......
