Bottle. It’s a quite hazy, dark golden beer with a fine-looking white head. Qutie weak on the nose, with more toffee than expected. Banana and cloves too. Well-carbonated, medium body. Maybe a bit too carbonated. Toffee up front, with banana and cloves coming after a little while. Some sweetness. Banana, toffee and cloves in the finish. A decent beer, a bit weak on the nose and flavor, but quite tasteful. A blend of dunkelweizen and hefe. (090807)

Bottled (from beerangel.de). Deep orangeish golden colour with big off-white fluffy head. Aroma is dishwater, some citrusfruits as well as wheat. Flavour is wheat, some citrusfruits and also mild yeastyness. Biting carbonation. Like a dunkelweizen meeting weizen hell.

Bottled (Beerangel, BB 04/2009). Slightly hazy dark orange-brown color, good off-white cloudy head. Dish wash cleanser, lemony aroma with some apple. Crisp mouthfeel. Citrusy, honey melon fruity flavor with some dark fruity-yeasty notes. Aftertaste has some tartness, smokeyness and banana. A bit strange weizen, it is almost a dunkelweizen actually.

Bottle (with the best regards to Garching !) Clear, golden, mid-sized white fluffy head with a little lace, slowly collapsing; strawy, grainy, papery nose with a faint acidity; light bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; shorter, mild grainy-sweet finish. Average, boring Helles.........

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a short. Sweet, grainy and strawy malty nose with shy spicy hops in the background. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Pale malty, grainy taste with shy herbal accents; medium-dry, sweet malty finish with light traces of hoppy bitterness. Clean but also quite boring (27.02.08).
