Bottle thanks to Pollack. Interesting and weird imperial stout. Pours black with tan head. Nose is thick liquid raisins, prune, vanilla, dark fruits and deep dark chocolate malts. Taste is somewhat lightly roasted chocolate malts, burnt coffee, sarsaparilla, cumin spices, dried fruit and vanilla. Very interesting spices. The cumin (or whatever it is) really stands out in the flavor profile.

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel, malt, and cinnamon. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, bread, alcohol, and cinnamon, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle at the Triple Rock Sour & BA Fest. Pours black w/tan foam. Nice chocolate aroma. Milky. Smooth. Flavor is very smooth; milky chocolate finishing dark. There’s a suggestion of sour in the finish, but likely burnt malt. Mouth smacking; dryish finish.

Small white head. Hazy amber body with light carbonation. Rock candy and anise aroma with strawberry notes. Very unusual. Dry spicy wooden sorbet taste with grainy grape notes. Light body. Dusty faintly abrasive mouthfeel. Dry herbal spicy aftertaste with wooden mineraly notes. Not bad, but weird and not terribly drinkable. (0.33l bottle at Olympen, Oslo.)

bottle from bunker beer clear red, pink head. dry soirish beer aroma, also red fruity notes. The soursih beer aroma is pretty dry, rather than sour. Also a good dose of sweet leather, or skin. Aroma is not especially pleasant but very interesting. flavor is quite sour and acid, quite dry, resembling perhaps pink champaigne. Not much fruit here, but quite a lot of lambic. Everything matches well and the flavor is way better than the aroma. The not so strong flavor from fruits is good i think, it seems like the fruits there is, is kinda’ not fresh. Very nice fruit lambic anyways. the flavor profile is "clean" and i can’t find any of the weird flavors that some non-belgian sour beers have. Experiemnt with the blueberry part - the lambic part is spot on ;-).
