200ml draught at Hundholmen Brygghus. A deep and clear ruby-brown body, spotty lacing from a tiny beige head. Inviting on the with caramel malts. The taste profile follows suit with caramel malts and grain. Smooth caramel malty ending, mid-dry and lightly roasted. Clean on the swallow. Medium bodied. Like it. (Bodø, 28.11.2024).

400ml draught, 8.7 % abv, at Hundholmen. Good looking in the glass with a covering beige head leaving crocheted lacing on the glass, and a deep dark ruby coloured body. Invited roasted malty aromas with a peaty bite, earthy. Solid taste of dark fruit, dark caramel, liquorice, and a discreet spicy note. Roasted malt-driven ending, bittersweet. Smooth and well bodied. On tap at the brewpub. The colour is slightly hazy golden with a small off-white head. Aroma of wet hay, pale malt, white bread, Belgian yeast and some alcohol. Flavour of grass, pale malt, wet hay and alcohol. Has a slick and a little soft mouth feel, medium to full body and a soft bitterness. Malty and decent, but is pretty boozy.

On tap at the brewpub. Has a dark brown to black colour with a beige head. Aroma of coffee, roasted bread, soy sauce, milk chocolate and nuts. Flavour of roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate and ash. Has a slick and a little bit silky mouth feel, meidum body and a light to medium bitternes. Roasted and well-balanced.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy dark copper colour with a beige head. Aroma of grass, grapefruit, wet cardboard and bread crust. Flavour of grass, harpix and grapefruit. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a medium level bitterness. Hoppy and nice but a little odd aroma.
