Brew Studio is a fast growing micro-brewery dedicated to producing the highest quality craft ales available in cask around Sussex. The Brewhouse is based in Sompting, West Sussex and currently operates a 500L brewing system capable of producing 10 casks per batch.

Half pint, cask at Garibaldi in Redhill. Low white head, cloudy golden body, fair lacing. Aromas of dusty hops and peaches. Mid-sweet peaches to the taste buds. Mid-sweet fruity endnotes. Fair enough. (Redhill 16.10.2019).

På Garibaldi, Redhill. Gusjegrågul. Uklar. Filmskum. Lett sitrusaroma. Smaken søt sitrus. Litt tynn.

22/3/2019. Cask at the 29th Sussex Beer & Cider Festival, Brighton. Pours slightly hazy golden with a bubbly just off white head. Aroma of hops, malt, fruit, veg, pine and a little starch. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft combination. Nice bitterness to finish.
