Bottle. An unclear dark brown beer topped by a dense beige head. Roasted, lightly burnt aroma with coffee and some dark rye bread. Some dark dried fruits and a touch of chili. It's medium bodied, semi-sweet and quite burning on the palate, with roasted and lightly burnt malt flavors. Coffee, bread and chili too, with cocoa coming strong towards the lasting finish. Rather heavy on the chili this one, which sort of hides much of the beer flavor. But sure, it's nice anyway. 190709

Bottle. An unclear reddish brown beer with a dense, finger-thick light beige head. The aroma is quite smoked, with some bready roasted malts and a touch of dark dried fruits. After a while the smoke calms down and roasted malts have more space. Some nuts and toffee hints too. It's rather effervescent on the palate, medium bodied and on the dryish side, and a mostly roasted malts driven flavor. There's some ham kind of smoke in the flavor too, with some dried fruits, bread crust and toffee, and a wee hint of nuts toward the finish. Also, it feels a bit unfinished, like if it should have had a couple more days in the fermentor before bottling. Anyway, there's quite a lot of good things going on here, but the carbonation level and feeling of drinking an unfinished beer is a bit disturbing. 190718

Bottle. It pours a hazy pale golden body under a small dense white head. The aroma is quite heavy on the yeast at first, but after a while it turns out tti be mostly fruity. Generic fruitiness that is, with grass and a light spiced touch. It's quite effervescent on the palate, with a medium body and some sweetness. Banana, peach, citrus and grass flavor, with a decent bitterness. Some yeast and spiced notes too, and a semi long finish. Didn't really catch the oak until it got a bit warmer. Overall, a quite pleasant and easy drinkable beer with refreshing qualities. 190716

Bottle. An almost clear golden colored beer with a finger-thick white head soon diminishing into a rim of bubbles. The aroma has spicy, fruity scents from the yeast, some peppery hints and a generic fruityness. Quite bready malts. It's medium bodied, semi-dry and rather low on carbonation. In a strange way, the little carbonation there is feels hard. Tropical fruits, bread, spicy notes and an earthy touch. Lasting finish with a bit too much chalky yeastness. 190713

Bottle. A heavily carbonated one, producing a massive and steadily growing beige head. Murky brown body and lots of sediments in the glass, even though I poured very carefully and left some in the bottle. The aroma is quite pleasant though, heavily roasted, borderline burnt, with cocoa notes, coffee grit and dark rye bread. It's quite effervescent on the palate, medium bodied and on the dry side, with flavors of roasted malts, coffee grit, dark rye bread, burnt down bonfire and some charcoal. Lasting finish with a touch of dried fruits. Hope they can control the fermentation in the next batch, because the beer is nice indeed, it's just a bit hard to drink due to the carbonation. 190706

Bottle. A quite heavily carbonated beer with a huge diminishing white head and an unclear orange colored body. Some lacing too. Rather yeasty aroma with generic fruityness, orange, banana, white bread and some grassy hints. It's very effervescent on the palate, medium bodied and semi-sweet, with a very light bitterness. Orange, banana, bread and yeast in the flavor, lasting for a good while. Except for the heavy carbonation and the yeast, it's a decent brew. Far from the best I've had from this brewery so far. 190706

Bottle. A slow working gusher, lightly hazy, with a red-pinkish-orange color and a firm pinkish white head. Some lacing. The aroma is quite weak, fruity, with berries, cherries mostly, and a touch of pale malts and yeast. The flavor is mostly the same, with more emphasis on the yeast. Some fruity sourness show up, even some sweetness, and they don't really merge into something neutral, leaving a sweet and sour impression. Medium body and a bit heavy carbonation. Fruity finish with cherry notes. An interesting try, a bit weak all the way though, and too carbonated. 190705

Bottle. #082/124. A semi-clear heavily carbonated orange-golden colored beer with a small creamy off-white head. The aroma is mostly of the yeast-fruity kind you'd expect from a Belgian golden ale, but there's also a faint touch of something forest-ish. Bready pale malts and a vague note of caramel in the back. The flavor has a light note of candy fruityness and sweetness, but it's mostly yeast-fruity, with grass, notes of pine cones, a touch of spices, some banana and peach, and bready malts. Some caramel hints towards the finish. A bit heavy on the carbonation I think. Medium body, semi-dry and very lightly bittered. Fruit-driven finish. A quite decent beer that wouldn't hurt from more juniper I think. A bit effervescent too I think. 190629

The aroma is fruity and lightly tropical, a bit weak I think, with a light touch of Belgian yeast and white bread. It's medium bodied and semi-dry on the palate, nicely carbonated, with a very soft bitterness. The Belgian yeast has more room in the flavor, where it adds to the hoppy fruityness, and also leaves some black pepper and generic spice notes. Fruity finish, orange, grapefruit, Belgo-yeast fruityness, including a vague hint of banana, and peach. Medium length fruity finish with a spiced, yeast Belgian style twist. A quenching, easy drinkable and quite tasteful beer that should suit the modern palate very well. 190629

Bottle. It pours a quite fizzy orange body, dark for the style, unclear, and topped by a small white head. Citrus, fruityness from the yeast, coriander seed and a touch of white bread in the aroma. Some notes of grass and hay in the far back. It's rather effervescent on the palate, medium bodied and semi-dry, with a light bitterness. Orange, coriander, hints of banana, some bread dough and a light note of grass in the flavor. Yeasty fruityness too, even some watermelon, and in the finish the yeasty fruityness and orange does most of the work. A decent wit indeed, pity about the over-carbonation. 190629
