--Canned at PBF XIV. -- Hazy orange colour, faint head. Somewhat funky sourdough aroma with some hay. Mid sweet with light body and clean mouthfeel. Doughy with some minerals and grass. Resinous bitter finish.

On tap at Bryggerifestivalen. An unclear brownish beer with a minimal sized off-white head. The aroma is lightly smoked, with caramel, bread and dried fruit. It's medium to full-bodied, smooth and semi-sweet, with a very gentle bitterness. Smoke notes, caramel, dried fruit, alcohol and some honey in the flavor, leading to a sweet, medium length finish. On tap at Bryggerifestivalen. It's a golden colored beer, almost clear in the glass, with a small light beige head. The aroma has caramel, bread and a nice fruityness. Peach and hints of banana. It's medium bodied and softly carbonated, semi-dry, with a very gentle bitterness. Caramel, a good dash of bread and fruityness. Some banana, just like in the aroma. Overall, a dull but decent brew. 240801

On tap at Bryggerifestivalen. A golden-orange beer, unclear, with a dense, off-white head and some lacing. The aroma is fruity, lightly tropical, with a piney touch. It's medium bodied and semi-dry on the palate, nicely carbonated and quite soft, with a light malty flavor. Piney, fruity, tropical hops up front. Medium length finish. Perhaps not the most exciting Saison out there, lacking some on the typical Saison character, but a fine specimen anyway. 240801

Draught, many thanks to yngwie for sharing. Next-to-clear copper coloured body, bubbly ring to the rim of the surface, dotted spots on the glass. Inviting smell of dried fruits and mid-sweet malts. Solid taste profile of yeasty fruits, caramel malts, and dark berries. Lingering aftertaste, oaky, bittersweet, and with a warming bourbon twist. Full bodied. Pleasing sipper. (Trondheim, 02.08.2024).
