Description
Stadsbrouwerij Dordrecht is een bijzondere brouwerij. Het is een onderwijsleerbedrijf waar leerlingen uit het praktijk- en beroepsonderwijs samen met vrijwilligers handmatig bier brouwen.
Stadsbrouwerij Dordrecht is a special brewery. It is an educational training foundation where students from practical and vocational education, together with volunteers, brew beer by hand.
The brewery stands for pure craftsmanship. Just like German and Belgian beers, our beer is top-fermented. During fermentation, the yeast floats to the top. This gives our beer its full flavour. It is unfiltered and unpasteurised. This gives it a pure flavour. Pure nature! Whichever flavour of Schapenkopje you choose: you will enjoy our beer!

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus. Murky amber color, small white to off-white head. Aroma is weird, a bit chocolate and malts. Taste malts, a bit bitter, again a slight hint chocolate, some sweetness. Again, I can’t say I dislike it. It looks quite awful but it’s certainly drinkable.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus. Hazy yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, a bit sweetish, a touch of yeast and a citrus touch. Intended? Or a slight infection? Anyway, at this point it was quite decent.

Somewhat cloudy dark amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of cheese, malts, caramel, liquorice, herbal touches. Off flavour, vegetables, some bitterness, infected. Herbal finish.
I presume our bottle was infected. A pitty.
