1.5l Bottle - Golden with a haze and a white head. Honey, bread and some notes of grain and sweet fruits. Fairly crisp taste with a moderate bitterness, some grainy sweetness and some slightly biscuity and dry bready notes. Some subtle noticeable hints of diacetyl can be detected. Nicely balanced and easy to drink. It is a shame this brewery has closed down now.

# 2713; 1/2022. Malty and bready aroma. Hazy copper body; off-white head. Malty, bready, honey, spicy, slightly fruity. Very good bohemian polotmavé. 1,5 l, plastic bottle, gift.

Bottled 750ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & hrabren, thanks! Unclear golden coloured, medium sized white head, butter and leek in the nose. Buttery vegetable and herbal taste with notes of leek and again butter in the finish.

Bottle from the brewpub, :sigh:. Shared with Hrabren, A.J. and Ogivlado. Nearly forgot to rate it... Murky orange body, thick, lasting whtie head. Buttery aroma, papery, tropical and herbal hoppy notes pop up too. Dank, herbal, citric, sweetish, lightly tropical aroma, lightly vegetal, messy, ending stale in the finish, light. Shame, this was a good brewery, this might have been okay a bit earlier in its life, but there you go. Shame my farewell to the brewery will be this beer in this shape, but I'll remember the Kellerbier and other gems!

0.75 l bottle shared with Pliš, Ogi and Marko, huge thanks to Marko who brought it from Prague. Hazy dark golden, small to medium off-white head. Butter, leek, onion, leaves, caramel. Bland, lost, bitter, malty. Moderate carbonation, light body, dry finish.

PETka from the brewpub. Ah, wanted to share this but tastings are unlikely till it expires. Hazy amber-orange body, traces of an off-white head. Soft, remarkably creamy aroma, some mango indeed. Creamy taste, very creamy, ending light, sweetish with a splash of mango, traces of herbal hoppiness in the finish. I mean... wow. This is better than it has any right to be... another testament to how good this brewery could be.

Tap at the brewpub. Hazy golden body, thick white head, medium retention. Light, soft aroma, citrus candy hoppiness - typical Czech fare. Dry, lightly caramelly taste, very light citric hoppiness, simple bitterness. Not too great but drinkable enough, just okay. Their ales were overshadowed by their lagers a fair bit here, as is usually the case in Czech brewpub, apart from a very small minority.

Tap at the brewpub. The last seasonal they'll ever release. Dark, clear amber body, white head. Candyish citrusy-flowery aroma, dry, nice really. The taste is a bit messy though, candyish citric hoppy notes going towards herbal notes quickly, light melon notes, kinda makes sense as a whole but it has a vegetal touch that takes over later on a bit, taking it down sadly. Still, glad to have tried it.

Tap at the brewery. Clearish bronze-amber body, thick, lasting creamy off-white head. Grainy, caramelly aroma, a trace of diacetyl, similarly to others, but well integrated. Soft, soft taste, again a very special malt profile, grainy, creamy, vaguely chocolate müsli notes, again a trace of diacetyl. Really grows on you... grew on you rather. :sigh:

Tap at the brewpub. Clear golden body, white head. Sweetish, pleasant malty aroma with a dose of diacetyl that gets me later on and lowers the score. Again that lovely grainy/cereal sweet smooth note I found in the keller as well, hops are more like an afterthought, maybe vague herbal notes in the background. Agree with Martin, with a better hop presence this would be so much better, too... Moravian this way (soft, malty, diacetyl), though better than most of that kind.
