0.75l bottle thanks to Lore. Hazy yellow body with a lasting white head. The aroma is pretty much like a good saison. Lots of lemon zest in the aroma with a bit of vinegar. Cellar and barnyard throw sime spice into the mix. Taste of hay, lemon zest, vinegar, mold and some salt. Tart and funky.

hazy pale yellow colour, large though quickly collapsing white head, which leaves back only some lacing; aroma of citric acid, lemon zest, sauerkraut, some dill and barnyard notes; taste is citric acidy with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; good one for those who like sour beers

hazy amber colour, large, beige-ish off-white head, which disappears promptly; aroma of tannines, lemony, acetic acidy, woody, earthy and barnyard notes; taste has basically the same notes as can be felt in the aroma with definite acidic sourness, decent hoppy bitterness, acetone-like chemical notes and dry mouthfeel; good one!
