Taster at brewery. Pale golden , ring of head. Barely there aroma of malts. Tadte brings a light bitter edge without a lot of flavor.

Tap at Gordon Biersch at the SLC airport. Cloudy orange yellow beer minimal head. Nose is hay and faint citrus. Tastes of oranges, light banana, wheat, lime zest. Medium bodied.

On nitro at the brewery. Dark brown with a medium beige head, good lacing. Dark malts, chocolate, nutty, vanilla and raisins. Tasty. Even though this is only 4%, full flavored. This is the best beer I've had from Salt Flats.
