Bottle, at Patrick's. Delicious booze aroma with some oat, coffee and roasted malts. A bit thin on the palate, nice warmth. Needs more body but delicious anyway. 848315 250905

Delicious stuff. Nice depth. Rich semi-dark malts, gooey toffee, a nip of roast, dates and figs, stewed berries. A little whiskey barrel boozy note. Quite sweet, borderline cloying but on the right side. Warming finish, lightly sticky. A nice small-dose sipper.

Tap at Acido Acida 2025, Ferrara, Italy. Pours rather hazy, loaded yellow, with fine white foam. Aroma is hoppy, resinous, intensely aromatic. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium bitter, a little pungent, with also some detectable fruity sweetness. Final is average.

Draft at Acido Acida 2025, Ferrara, Italy. Pours pale gold, fairly hazy, with fine white foam. Aroma is of sour fruits, tropical. Body is average, like carbonation. Nice astringency. Taste is medium sour, partially salty. Final is still partially astringent.
