Description
Sofia Electric Brewing was started as an idea behind a terminal in 2018 by Simeon Parvanov. After long and somewhat painful process the brewery finally started fermenting beers in the heart of Sofia in June 2020.

Joined by head brewer Remy Chaloner, the team tries to create beers that bring satisfaction and create opportunities for our community.

Can @Ulfborg. Cloudy golden, white head. Citrusy, wheaty and yeasty aroma. Citrusy, yeasty flavour, very light salty notes in the finish.

can @Ulfborg. Hazy pale yellow, white head. Fruit punch aroma, pineapple. Bittersweet flavour, tropical fruit, stonefruit, light fruitpeel bitterness.
