Description
Sofia Electric Brewing was started as an idea behind a terminal in 2018 by Simeon Parvanov. After long and somewhat painful process the brewery finally started fermenting beers in the heart of Sofia in June 2020.

Joined by head brewer Remy Chaloner, the team tries to create beers that bring satisfaction and create opportunities for our community.

Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light bitter slightly acetic flavor. Average fninish. Oily palate.

Can @ fonefan tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is pale golden. Aroma and taste are pears, apples, lemon, little salt, lactose acid, malt and has a nice sour and sweet finish.

Can at the flat in Sofia - picked up at Nosferatu. Pours unclear gold with a frothy, white head. Medium sweet with lightly faded pine, a little raw hop, grass. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly warming finish, some dank grass, a little more pine, sun-kissed pale malts. Not bad overall.

Can at the flat in Sofia - picked up from Nosferatu. Pours unclear purple-red with a. Creamy, light pink head. Light-medium sweet flavour with lots of juicy raspberry, moderate acidity, light seedy bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Balanced finish, more fresh, bright and juicy raspberry character, refreshing acidity. Really solid.

Can at the flat in Sofia - picked up from Nosferatu. Pours unclear gold with a frothy, white head. Medium sweet, nice and fresh, lightly dank, notes of melon, peach, tangerine and papaya. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Dank finish, background pale bread support, further notes of melon, light rindy bitterness, juicy tangerine, peach. Very impressive.

Can at the flat in Sofia - picked up from Nosferatu. Pours oily black with a dense, creamy brown head. Great aroma of toasted hazelnuts, cocoa, roast. Medium to big sweet flavour, ample burnt toffee, chocolate, rocky road fudge, well toasted malts, moderate bitter earth and ash. Full bodied, oily and chewy, with fine to average carbonation. Lightly warming finish, a little sticky, some vanilla, toasted marshmallows, more fudge, earth, cocoa. Exceptional. Well integrated adjuncts. One of the best Bulgarian pastries I have had.

Can at the flat in Sofia - picked up from 100 Beers online. Pours clear, deep brown with a tight, creamy beige head. Medium sweet flavour with relaxed roast, a little earthy bitterness, creamy chocolate notes, dark fruit accents. Medium bodied, lightly oily, with fine, massaging carbonation. Balanced finish, further sweet dark malts, cocoa, light ashy roast, impressions of earth and dark fruits. Very nicely balanced.

Can at the flat in Sofia - picked up from Nosferatu. Pours opaque orange with a yellow froth of a head that fades quickly. Light to medium sweet flavour with fleshy mango, light acidity, suggestions of alcohol, light lemony tartness. Medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Light warmth to finish, a little citrus peel, mild acidity, more fleshy mango. Not bad overall.

Can. Hazy yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hop, citrus and tropical fruit. Flavour is malt, fruit, hop, citrus, tropical fruit, fruit peel, sweet and a little bitter.
