Can from HavnensVin&Tobak. Pours hazy pale yellow with medium white head. Aroma is intense sweet ripe pear, malt, grain and yeast. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium to very sour. Body is watery with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and very sour with notes of pear, malt, yeast, grain and vinegar. Very refreshing. I expected a cider like brew, but was positively surprised to find a good gose inside.

Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, wheat, fruity, tropical fruit, overripe fruit, light pineapple. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. das erste Bier meiner bereits 2. Bestellung bei Beerfreak Ein Pils aus einer Craftbrauerei in Sofia Beim ersten Schluck schmeckte es mir überhaubt nicht, da es einen übertrieben urigen Geschmack bis ins Muffige hatte. Dann konnte ich mich doch noch mit ihm anfreunden. Das urig-muffige geht nicht ganz weg, aber es wird durch das herb-pilsige gemütlich ausgeglichen. Dabei hat es allerlei Ecken und Kanten, an die man sich erst gewöhnen muss.

Nicely balanced overall, moderate sweetness, pale bread, bright citrus fruits, lemon, grapefruit, tangerine, nips of white grape. Light bodied with fine to average, massaging carbonation. Pleasant finish, well rounded, more supportive pale malts and lightly juicy citrus fruits. Tasty.

Medium sweet flavour with a bit of jammy citrus, subtle pine, low bitterness, some peach, white grape, melon. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, very mellow rindy bitterness, semi-ripe oranges, more white grape, pear, a hint of vanilla. Drinkable juice overall.
