Great! Even though it's got lactose, it tastes more like a classic sour ale, probably due to the lacto bacteria and the Kozunak (Orthodox Easter bread) they added. The bread yeast makes this one of the most carbonated beers I've had in ages. BULGARIA ftw

Can from HavnensVin&Tobak. Pours hazy pale yellow with medium white head. Aroma is intense sweet ripe pear, malt, grain and yeast. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium to very sour. Body is watery with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and very sour with notes of pear, malt, yeast, grain and vinegar. Very refreshing. I expected a cider like brew, but was positively surprised to find a good gose inside.

das erste Bier meiner bereits 2. Bestellung bei Beerfreak Ein Pils aus einer Craftbrauerei in Sofia Beim ersten Schluck schmeckte es mir überhaubt nicht, da es einen übertrieben urigen Geschmack bis ins Muffige hatte. Dann konnte ich mich doch noch mit ihm anfreunden. Das urig-muffige geht nicht ganz weg, aber es wird durch das herb-pilsige gemütlich ausgeglichen. Dabei hat es allerlei Ecken und Kanten, an die man sich erst gewöhnen muss.
