Description
When the young Viennese banker Franz Schaup started brewing beer in 1858, he did not expect his small brewery to develop into one of the most successful breweries in Austria over the years.

In the meantime, the Zipf brewery near the Attersee has a proud 13 beers and 3 types of hops, the refreshment with hop lemonade for adults, to their range. A total of 170 employees work directly at the location in Zipf. They are the ones who ensure that everything runs smoothly every day and are responsible for a large part of the success of the Zipfer brand.

Despite the numerous technical innovations and a merger with Brau Union Österreich AG in 1970, the careful use of resources and brewing with natural hops were always in the foreground.

(Can from South Korean convenience store) Pours clear amber with good white head. Good aroma of banana, with notes of pear drops. Soft smooth medium body. Good taste with some complexity. Banana, pear drops, notes of berries and cloves. Gentle tartness and sweetness. Very drinkable

Bottle at Parktherme in Bad Radkersburg. Clearish golden amber color white head. Banana aroma. Taste is sweet with banana and citrus. Thin body. OK

Klare goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, leicht hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich ebenso malzig mit leichter Hopfigkeit. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, leichter Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Very faint aroma, slightly floral perhaps. Thinnish body, faint malt with little hoppiness. Faint everything really. A beer for people who don't really like beer. 070823
