500ml bottle from a market stall in Louth. Pours dark, large beige head. Cherry glimpses on the nose. Fairly light bodied, cherry and chocolate notes are quite light but pleasant when they do emerge. Subtle bitterness. OK but generally quite mild and subdued.

500ml bottle from a beer stall in Louth. Pours dark with a small tan head. Aroma of mild christmas spice. Fairly light bodied, pleasant dark malts, soft roast, caramel with light fruity moments and decent spice notes. Nice enough trad sipper.
