Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20191011]

Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, fruity malt, citrus, fruit, hops bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Tried at the Nottingham Beer Festival 2019. Amber colour with s white head. Aroma is mostly berry. Taste light sweet to bitter. Medium smooth body.

[Cask a the White Horse, Hedgerley.] A dark amber pour with a loose translucent head; malty aroma; sweet malty taste with a light herbal bitterness; and a biscuity finish. A simple old-fashioned bitter,and there's nowt wrong with that.

7/12/2018. Cask at The Thirty Fifth Pig’s Ear Festival, Hackney. Pours pale amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of fruit, caramel, malt, biscuit and hops. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
