Barwa czarna, nieprzejrzysta. Piana beżowa gęsta, powoli opada. W aromacie czerwone owoce, słodycz. W smaku kawowa goryczka, gorzka czekolada, bombonierka. Wyczuwalny alkohol. Bardzo wytrawny, degustacyjny.
