Bottle sample at AleBrowar Wroc?aw, pours a very deep dark mahogany. Nose is complex, with wood varnish, marmite, Worcestershire sauce, and honey treacle. Flavour is intense, with cloyingly sweet honey nectar, with secondary notes of Worcestershire sauce, marmite, and wood varnish. Way too syrupy and cloying, even insofar as po?toraks go. One of the more disappointing examples of this mead style, but still quite nice.

Bottle sample at AleBrowar Wroc?aw, pours a clear copper golden. Nose brings out decadent honey nectar, with treacle and brown sugar. Flavour is intense, with decadent honey nectar, treacle toffee, and brown sugar. Syrupy but elegant. Wonderful stuff.

Bottle sample at AleBrowar Wroc?aw, pours a clear toffee amber. Nose brings out intense bees wax, with treacle, alcohol, and honey nectar. Flavour is boozy and sweet, with wood varnish, brown sugar, treacle and honey nectar. Alcoholic, in slightly harsh territory, finishing very sweet and woody. Lots of that varnish. Lovely.

Bottle sample at AleBrowar Wroc?aw, pours a clear golden. Aroma brings out floral notes, with subdued honey nectar, and light treacle. Flavour is fairly floral, with honey nectar, a bit of a dry white wine character, and brown sugar. Quite dry and vinous for a Polish mead. Very nice.

Bottle sample at AleBrowar Wroc?aw, pours a rose colour. Nose brings out lots of floral, ros� notes, with subdued honey nectar. Flavour is quite alcoholic, with ros� upfront, nice floral notes and decadent honey nectar. Boozy and warming, with perhaps not the finest calibration, but it's sure nice.
