As "Dry stout". Roast, grainy, dry chocolate, some weird chunks in the bottom

33 cl bottle @ Antitasting. BBE 15.02.2020 Aroma has sweet fruit candy and alcohol. Also solvent and sweet berried. Flavour has alcohol, berry juice, tart berries and mild licorice. More of a sour ale than Baltic porter.

Keg at Ulan Browar, Poznan, 12/07/19. Black with a decent tan cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is chocolate, mellow roast, light charr. Taste comprises toffee, nice dose of liquorice, roast malt, dried fruits, cocoa sprinkle. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent stout.

Keg at Ulan Browar, Poznan, 12/07/19. Hazed orange golden with a decent white covering. Nose is orange peel, toffee, light spice, breads. Taste comprises toasted grains, yeast esters, clove, caramel, nana. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Passable hefe.

Bottle at the brewpub, Poznan, 12/07/19. Light black with a decent tan covering that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is dark malts, rum well evident, tarte fruits, oak, raisins. Taste comprises sweet and sour fruits, mellow rum, dates, light cocoa sprinkle. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light kiss of alcohol. Not bad.

Taste comprises tangy fruits, residual sugars, mellow barrel, soured fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light boost. Passable ... a touch sweet and cloying in places.
