bottle from eBrowarium. Slightly hazy straw-yellow colour, rall white head, herbal-resiny hop aroma. Light-bodied, malty base with a pleasant sweetness, lots of bitter and mainly aromatic hops, bold resiny-herbal flavours dominate, fragrant and spicy - a delight!

Bottle. An unclear very dark brown beer with a reddish tint. Surprisingly weak aroma, toffee does most of the work, with notes of peat and booze in the back. Some bread and dried fruits too. Rather boozy mouthfeel, oily and soft, with flavors of toffee dominating. Bread, peat hints and a hint of tobacco. Long finish. A bit rough and boozy this one, and way too toffee-ish. 181229
