20cl at the brewpub shared with Kermis. Thick creamy white head. Hazy golden pour. Nice hoppy aroma. Quite bitter for a pale ale which is nice.

Bottle, shared by Meilby. It pours a black body under a small beige head. The aroma is lightly peated and boozy, with roasted malts and some dark chocolate. Sort of boozy, but not in a bad way. Some caramel sauce and a touch of coffee. The flavor has a sort of rough boozy edge, with nice coffee and dark chocolate. Some caramel sweetness too. It's full-bodied and warming, sweet and quite smooth, with a lasting finish. Overall, a nice one, but a bit rough. 180922
