23.01.2018 -- on tap at punk craft in moscow, 540 rub/l. pours a cloudy pale golden with a medium but dense head. aroma of sauerkraut, white bread, funk. flavour of lactic sourness, salt, black peppercorns, and white bread.

Hazy straw yellow. Small white head. Aroma: coriander, lactic sourness, peppery spiciness, wheat bread. Liggt body. Taste: very pure, refreshingly sour, spicy, with a piquant pepper note at ending. Well-balanced.

Tap. Bright yellow color, hazy, rather weak white foam. Aroma: a lot of mint, herbs, slightly sour, light sweetness and sourness. Taste: mint gum, menthol, slightly cucumber brine, a little salt, sour, unbalanced.
