Bottle sample at a tasting at Lior D's place. Thanks Tom L. Very dark brown. Berries, roast, licorice, chocolate, sweet and sourish, bitter ashy finish, medium-bodied.

Hazy straw yellow. Small white head. Aroma: coriander, lactic sourness, peppery spiciness, wheat bread. Liggt body. Taste: very pure, refreshingly sour, spicy, with a piquant pepper note at ending. Well-balanced.

Tap. Bright yellow color, hazy, rather weak white foam. Aroma: a lot of mint, herbs, slightly sour, light sweetness and sourness. Taste: mint gum, menthol, slightly cucumber brine, a little salt, sour, unbalanced.
