ABV: 7.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, light nutty, moderate hoppy, herbs, fruity hops, earthy hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, pale malt, fruity malt, herbs - floral, citrus - zesty - pine, sweet malt - toffee, fruity hops, earthy hops sweet malt - marmalade hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20201123]

Opaque black, mocha head. The aroma is quite sweet - sweet chocolate and treacle, some juicy berries (black currants?), vegetal chili notes. The taste follows the aroma - sweet chocolate / chocolate syrup, lactose?, vegetal bitterness and moderate chili heat. Not bad, but too sweet - and the sweetness is simplistic lactose, and the peppers seem to leave too much of their green matter in the taste.

Creamy off white head on a dark marmalade coloured still body. Orange, stewed fruit & yeast aroma. Medium bodied, well carbonated & clean on the back. Zesty tastes with orange, hops, mango & pith with a chalky finish.

Slightly hazy bright gold, white head. The aroma has some malt / veggie sweetness, quite a bit of spicy herbal notes mostly resembling sweet-and-spicy roots and herbs (parsnip, licorice etc.). The taste is closer to a classic saison - light sweetness, white bread, peppery bitterness and some hops, crisp quenching mouthfeel. A nice twist on a saison - a matter of personal taste, but certainly not brutal or cheap.

Cloudy amber-red, beige head. The aroma is mild fruity caramel, fresh spruce tips, rosemary. Similar taste - moderate crystal malț sweetness, soft yet firm piney / spruce bitterness. A nice moderately hopped ale.

BOTTLE. Batch 1. Almost clear brightest gold, small sediment, white head with good lacing. The aroma is gentle and exquisite - meadow flowers and honey, linden, white grape skins, gooseberries. Simlar taste - light and airy honey sweetness, same hop profile, gentle pith fruit skin bitterness. Soft low carbonation mouthfeel. What a gem.

A: mellow orange, bit tropical fruits, caramel, bit roasted onion, pineapple. T: medium malty base, mellow orange, tropical fruits, tangerine, nice harmonic bitterness, bit biscuits, medium to almost full body, soft carbonation, really good for the style, enjoyed.

A: malty, mellow fruity, dusty, bit funky, yeasty, rustic, floral. T: light malty base, orange peels, dusty, funky, green berries, very dry on the palate with prominent long lasting bitterness, light body with high bit disturbing carbonation, very nice for the style, enjoyable for sure.
