bottle. hay yellow, white head (small) aroma has flowers (like elderflowers) and a citrussy note. not very much belgian yeast. flavor is yeasty, lots of sweet flowery notes, still reminds me of elderflowers, much fainter belgian yeasty notes. a bit watery. not very interesting wit.

really nice delicate smooth saison yeasty aroma, warm, with a faint touch of lemongrass, faint apple fruity, faint wheaty. flavor is saison yeasty, quite herbal, green herbs. Quite a bit too sweet herbal in the flavor to match my preferred saison flavor, the beer more resembles stuff like orval, but not at all with the same finesse. You end up with a very belgian tasting beer with nearly no fruity notes, only belgian yeast and sweet green herbs. That being said, if you really feel like a belgian, this will do the job, even though it is not at all from belgium.
