375 mL bottle drunk 5/27/23. Clear (or maybe not), dark mahogany, dark burgundy. No head. Nose is certainly full of Elijah Craig. Caramel malt, vanilla, heavy bourbon spice and fruitiness. Soft, malty, strong, strong bourbon flavor of fruit, pepper, alcohol and vanilla. Soft, well-attenuated texture. Good richness, but very monotone of caramel, toffee, raisin. Pretty standard barleywine. I don't know, kinda not elevated, just sort of malty-sugary, though certainly not cloying. Lol how did they get so much EC aroma and virtually no flavor or texture of barrel aging.

750ml bottle pours a dark, thick gold with some white head. Apricot and natural wine. Full bodied tart and dry. A lot of malt body but big stone fruit too. 8 3 7 4 13

Bottle, 750 ml at charity tasting Wien 2022. Shared with Miro B, Werckmeister and others. Cloudy yellow orange with small whit head. Nice funky aroma. Citric, juicy, tropical fruit, quite balanced and vibrant. Medium bodied.

Pours a hazy, banana smoothie yellow, with rather smallish head. Aroma is a rather muted combo of citrus and tropical fruits. Flavor is citrus and tropical fruit, some moderate hop bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel.

Pours a hazy, orange-lemon, with smallish head. Aroma is citrus, some tropical fruit, a touch of some sort of spice. Flavor is citrus and tropical fruit, with an almost saison-like pepperiness, some breadiness. Soft mouthfeel. Moderate bitterness in finish.

Canned 1/31/23, drunk 2/23/23. Turbid, bright orange juice. Large, well-retained, off-white, yellow-tinged head. Jam-packed, dense Citra creates really intensified orange juice pulp with almost a melon/mango character to it, as well. Oats and wheat soften things, giving a nutty-to-creamy character. No punch, resin, booze, flaw or weird yeast. Well-attenuated malts, assumedly. Wow. Soft, succulent, juicy with no punchiness or melony twang. No weird yeast, no resin. Really nothing to be displeased with here. Just pure, unadulterated, fresh squeezed orange juice. I guess if I have to give criticism, it could use a touch more bitterness, but it's not lacking and the beer is extremely well-attenuated and has the creamy, soft, dry wheat. No alcohol, flaw. Drinks like rich, creamy, fresh-squeezed OJ. Last sip, after fully warming, had, perhaps, a touch of alcohol sharpness?

Canned 1/31/23 drunk 2/20/23. Turbid orange juice with a creamy, thick, off-white head. Sweat, sulfur/mineral and spicy hops with no onion, if this is indeed Mosaic. Some definite pineapple from the Strata but not overbearing in the nose. Lingering melon and soft, honey-like malts. No alcohol, flaw, resin or weird yeast. Juicy, pillowy, soft, succulent, very malty but with good attenuation. Low bitterness, perhaps a touch more would help here, but it's not egregious, as the beer is nice and dry. Pineapple, spice, wood, melon and strong minerality. Lingering juice and spice, well-balanced and just the softest of textures.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingman, 11/02/23. Murky orange with a good sized lasting just off white covering. Nose is bitter orange, light hop spice, mandarin, guava, grapefruit. Taste comprises juicy orange flesh, pine resin, grass, grapefruit, melon, papaya. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with balanced juicy hop bitterness. Solid easy drinking IPA.

Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Wingman. A new brewery tick!. A hazed deep orange coloured pour with a lasting off white cap. Aroma is lovely juicy fruits, lychee, mango, floral citrus, white sugar dusting, Flavour is composed of semi sweet, soft creamy wheat, passion fruit, lychee, mango, sorbet. Palte is semi sweet, creamy, light tang, mellow carbonation, love it.

Brewery draught, 2/1/23. Turbid concrete. Small, white head, moderate retention. Juicy citra and maybe galaxy or Nelson? Definitely mineral and white wine. Soft, supportive white bread and honey like malts. Clean, no alcohol or resin. Soft, dry, malty, great bitterness. Very juicy with mineral, earth, some pepper and lingering melon and pomelo. Nice intensity. Clean, no resin or alcohol noted.
