On tap at Funk Factory. Pours a near clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has a sour melon and light fruit with a bit of grass supporting. Flavor has tart berry and sweet grains with acid and melon supporting.

Sampled from the tap at Funk Factory. Pours an earthy oily black with a dark brown head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a boozy dark grain with roast and barrel supporting. Flavor has vanilla and coconut up front with sweet dark grains and roast backing.

Bottle. Pours black with a light brown head that dissipates quickly and nearly completely. Aroma Has a great combination of chocolate, coconut and roasted malts with rye barrel and dark grain supporting. Flavor has coconut and chocolate up front with growing cinnamon, rye barrel and dank grains backing.

On tap at Free the Whales. Pours black with medium tan head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is licorice, roast, cocoa, wood, bourbon. Slick body, similar flavors to nose, wood, boozy, very nice.
