Tap at Mikkeller Viktorigade, Copenhagen. Color is slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Wheat, some fruits, malts...easy hefe. Little bit of filtered? Some kristallweizen elements.

Bottle shared at the 3/13 PS tasting thanks to Brian! Dark brown, no head. Aroma of brown sugar, nuts, candied pecans, toffee, caramel, smoke, booze. Taste is toffee, maple, nuts. Hot, full bodied.

Mango and passion fruit. Murky yellow pour with good head and lacing. Some caramel and booze, but not too much, considering it's a triple IPA. Pineapple. Light boozy sweet finish with a little bitterness. Tap at Tripping Animals.

750ml bottle - from Tavour. Enjoyed this - Kolsch can be kinda boring, but this had a classic German feel and tasted very fresh

Crowler. Pours a cloudy tangerine orange with a white head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has vanilla cookies and sweet tropical fruits with a bit of citrus and pineapple coming through. Flavor has vanilla cookies and tropical fruits with a bit of tart citrus and pineapple supporting.

Crowler. Pours dark purple with a light pink head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of dark berry that is slightly tart with a bit of sheet cake underlying. Flavor has tart berries with a growing sheet cake and a bit of a light lactose note underlying.

Bottle thanks to Matt. Pours a yellow gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is earth, toasted grain, lemon zest, floral. Slick body, citrus, straw, grain, light crisp finish, very good.
