Bottle from Tavour. Pours clear copper with a large foamy white head. Aroma of nuts, light fruit and toffeeish caramel. Approaching full bodied - lots of carbonation. Flavor is almost dry, toffee/caramel, and arguably grass/spice. Nice for the style.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear straw yellow with a fluffy white head that lasts throughout the beer and visible carbonation. Aroma has a great smoke with a hint of dry grass and wheat notes supporting. Flavor has a rich but smooth smoke throughout with a bit of wheat and a hint of grass backing.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy yellow gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma has a bit of an earthy bread with a decent amount of grass and a straw backbone. Flavor has a nice straw and grass combination with a touch of dank hay coming through.
