We do love great beers!
Good beer selection is essential in our restaurants and therefore it was only natural that we went on with brewing.
We are so called gipsy brewers- meaning we don’t have our own brewery.
Limited production gives us the freedom to brew the stuff we truly enjoy ourselves.
Have a sip, enjoy and come to see us at Leib or Umami in Tallinn. Cheers!

33cl bottle from Kaubamaja, Tallinn. Pours clear golden with a modest, white head. Fruity, wheaty and slightly spicy with yeasty notes. Medium sweet with fairly mild flavours and ditto bitterness. Quite okay.

Pours whitish yellow, creamy and actually surprisingly flat. Nose is sweetish, grainy husks and some tart mango puree character. Taste has the same mango there, light and adding a bit tropics. Body itself is not very light though, quite heavy and bit scratchy malt character, finish has some unbalanced grainy thing going on. Not the biggest fan but can drink this for sure.

33cl bottle from SiP. Bbe 01.06.2018. Poured pitch black with a thin brown head. Woody, pesty aroma, licorice roasted malts. Peat in flavor, roastedness, licorice, tobacco notes. Oily mouthfeel. Woody notes with peat in the long finish. Enjoyable, really like the peat that Lagavulin gives this beer.
