Can. Clear pale gold with a good inch of white head. Aroma of lemon pudding, crackers, flowers, spices. Some hints of stone and tropical fruit are there too. Pretty much how it tastes - it's not really funky with transparent pale malt and little burst of fruit and spices before the dry bitter finish. Refreshing. Good.

Tap. Cloudy yellow with a small dense white head that lasts all the way. Taut stone fruit, laundry like lemony funk. Creamy texture. Dryish but soft with a grapefruit, Meyer lemon and somewhat zingy bitter finish. Very much up my street.

Appropriate name for last lockdown growler. Somewhat hazy pale straw with a white head that fades to a cm. Aroma of oranges, sweet dough, spices and flowers. Creamy texture. Some very slightly funky hay and medicinal notes along with the dough, spices - more pepper than clove, some herbs too - and snappy bitterness at the end. Right up my street.

Growler. Pale straw gold with a slight haze. An inch of white head fades but doesn't disappear. Aroma of light dough, oranges, spices. Just a hint of ointment. Light bodied, spritzy. Dryish, tastes as it smells with a fairly bitter finish. Refreshing with a bit of intrigue.

Bottle. Cloudy gold with a puffy white head. Aroma of under-ripe mango and passionfruit, oranges, some singed plastic. Quite fruity yet dry and gets drier with barely rips tropical notes that lead to the bitter finish. Those (phenolic??) plasticy notes are a little intrusive though. As it warms towards 14C or so there's some peach then a more bretty bracken and black pepper feel to the finish. Interesting, promising.
