The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: pours amber with a white head. Aroma is slihhtly cheesey, boozy, malty, and fruity. Taste is sweet and malty with hint of bubblegum and candy. Pretty heavy stuff. Interesting.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is funk, fruitiness, and yeast. Taste is quite sour but that is not the only thing that is going on. Some little bit of sweetness. Nice yeast and stuff. Kind of hard to describe but nice. Easy to drink considering the sourness.

A lightly hazed reddish amber bock with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light mineral notes, powdery character, burned Caramel, OK. In mouth, watery sweet caramel malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, chalky, plain and simple. On tap at Winter’s grind February 2015.
