Jsme řemeslný pivovar, který spojuje vášeň pro pivo s touhou objevovat nové chutě. Vaříme rozmanité pivní styly, vždy s důrazem na kvalitu a originalitu. Naše piva nejsou jen o tradici českého ležáku, ale také o inovaci a neustálém posouvání hranic pivovarnictví. Naše cesta začala nápadem vařit si pivo pro vlastní hospodu a pokračuje větší chutí po nových pivech. Prvních pět let jsme fungovali jako létající pivovar. V prosinci 2024 jsme převzali a přestavěli technologii uzavřeného pivovaru v Třebíči a stali se oficiálním minipivovarem.

750ml Bottle - Golden with a small head and a slight haze. Grass and hints of lime and herbs in the aroma. Perhaps a slight whiff of butter too. Refreshing taste with notes of grass, lime leaves and white bread. Enjoyable.

Med-thin bod and oatiness, med carbo. Med-light bitter, light-low sweet, a hint of sour and tart. Actually feels watery. Med-high hops aromatics, flowery, citrusy, lemongrass, a bit lavender. Pretty good, fresh feeling, drinkable. Good.

Straw yellow clear color, medium big white head. smells fruity, passion fruit, lychee, lightly leather, bit herbal, tobacco. nice smell. light body, pearly carbonation. Tastes herbal, fruity, light grains, tobacco, peppery. Finishes lightly dry and light to medium bitter with notes of tobacco, grains and some fruity notes. pretty nice and easy going, not overly fruity or expressive, a tad on the bitter side.
