Pours a clear golden, toppedwith a medium non-lasting white head. Non-distinct nose with some grainy feel. Pretty sweet malty start, slightly bready, with a hint of final bitterness. Pretty metallic aftertaste. Light. Typical poor macro supermarket brand lager.

Canned 500ml. -from Mercator Rudnik Ljubljana. Pale golden coloured, small white head, weak grainy nose. Malty, grainy, some cereals and slightly salty notes in the finish. Watery of course but ok for what it is.

Pours a hazy pale yellow color, topped with frothy white head that settles down very fast. Fruity sweet aroma, grapefruit. Taste has some sugar in it, but non-offensive, bitter grapefruit is nice, but a very metallic aftertaste is very annoying.

Pours a clear and very pale yellow color, topped with a sizeable white head that immediately dissapears. Sweet and lemony aroma, some grassy and cardboard notes. Taste is a bit weird - some sugars but mostly acidic (supposed to be lemon) and metallic. Not nice.

Pours a clear straw color, topped with averagely sized white frothy head that quickly fades away. Grainy aroma is dominant. Taste starts sweet and grainy, watery, but with a little bitterness nonetheless. Metalic in the aftertaste. Nothing to get excited about, still better than the regular Mercator beer (although not by much).

Can, 0.50l. Clear pale golden color with small frothy white, tottaly diminishing head and average sparkling appearance. Aroma is grassy, grain and vegetably. Taste starts with moderate sweet malt, follows grassy and vegetably with plastic notes and mild bitter finish. Light body, watery texture and average carbonation in palate. Poor and boring...

Canned, 0.5l. Pours clear golden with medium sized frothy white head. Aroma of mild malt, faint hops and wine marc. Classic malty taste with mild grassy hops and slight metallic note at finish. Light bodied with thin texture and average carbonation in palate. Milder version of Union svetlo... Poor, but cheap :)
