The beers take inspiration from the classic beer countries such as the USA, Belgium and England, and the guys don't skimp on the gunpowder when they brew. Only the best raw materials are used, and in generous quantities which help to provide a great richness of taste.

July 2019: 330 ml bottle, from Joker Vatlandsvåg. ABV is 4.7%. Nearly clear pale golden colour, moderate to small white head. Aroma of "spicy" and herbal hops, hints of yeast and pilsener malts too. The flavour is crisp and dry, with spicy and herbal hops again, some yeasty notes. Reasonably bitter finish. Refreshing.

April 2020: 330 ml bottle, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%. Pale straw colour, small white head. Grainy and grassy aroma, hints of citrussy hops. Moderate carbonation, citric mouthfeel. The flavour has moderate citrussy hops, but the bitterness is low. A refreshing crowd pleaser in the summer months, but otherwise not much here to excite a beer enthusiast.

February 2020: 330 ml bottle, probably from Det Gode Brygg, Kvadrat. ABV is 4.7%. Dark brown colour, nearly black. Large off-white to beige head. Aroma of roasted and lightly toasted malts, notes of burnt breadcrumbs and brown bread, hints of burnt caramel. Slightly dry flavour, with a certain fruitiness which helps the drinkability. Otherwise notes of toasted malts, but not so strong burnt notes. Moderate hops. Good beer.

May 2020: 330 ml bottle, batch #31, from Det Gode Brygg, Kvadrat. ABV is 4.7%. Clear and very pale yellow colour, small white head. Aroma of dried apricots and apricot essence, a bit "artificial". The flavour has the same apricot notes on the base of a run-of-the-mill pilsener, too modest hops. Nothing here to write home about.

440ml can, batch #160, bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Stable pearl white head, spotty lacing from a misty orange coloured body. Moderate smell of mango, minerals and yeast. Peachy flavours joined by some kind of minerals and vegetables. A disturbing yeasty touch the ending. Okay, but I did not empty the can. (Tromsø, 30.03.2024).

Mørk stråfarget. Uklar. Lavt tett kremaktig skum. Litt lacing. Aroma av frukt & bær. Smaken aprikos & harpiks. Vel søt. Tørr, beskjedent bitter avslutning. Uvariert.

330 ml can, from the brewery store, shared by my son. ABV is 4.7%. Very dark brown colour, nearly black. Moderate off-white to beige head. Aroma of roast malts, mild coffee and piney hops. The dry flavour has the same elements, medium bitter finish. Light bodied.
