Bottle. Small gusher on opening. Cloudy yellow pour with a fast disappearing head. The aroma is apricots and yeast. The taste, like the aroma, is all about apricots. there is also a fair amount of bready yeast in there too. Palate is medium, carbonation is prickly. Finishes with lingering acidity. Overall: kind of strange, kind of good.

Pint at the brewery. Pours a hazy, orange color, with a big, frothy, white head. The aroma is grapefruit, dust, vanilla, hay, and resin. Dry and sticky. Light, aromatic, and refreshing. Solid, hoppy pils.

6 oz. pour at the brewery. Pours a clear, red color, without much head. The aroma is sweet cherries, butterscotch, rye, and black pepper. Sweet and sugary, and a touch tart. Medium body, with a slick, syrupy palate. This is a lovely showcase of Zinfandel grapes.

(Bottle) Golden colour with brief, frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of grapefruit, lemon peel, green grapes, elderflowers, brett and a fresh funky acidity. Fruity, tart taste with grapefruit, sour green grapes, unripe peaches, brett and a fairly dry finish with a fresh acidity. Medium body, quite dry. Quite straight-forward sour, but really tasty, tart and refreshing. Very nice.
