12oz bottle from Grocery Outlet. Dark amber, cloudy, thick, fluffy head. Savory, yeasty aroma, grassy. Minor notes of honey, lemongrass, zesty, tingly and a lot of the farmhouse yeast. Taste is spot on, but had an extra zippy feel to it.

12oz bottle from Grocery Outlet. Lots of sediment. Bright golden, a few bubbles then flat. Aroma is all brett, tart. Taste offers a nice hit of traditional grassy saison, and yeast, but starts to turn metallic. This is probably well past it's lifespan, but is marginally drinkable. Gonna slug my way through this one. Actual this got better as it settled.

375 ml bottle from Grocery Outlet. Light copper colored pour with a little fizziness at the pour which settles out to some lazy carbonation. Fruity aroma, peaches, apricots, oranges, with a smidge of Belgian yeast. Taste is very fruity also, more of the stone fruit flavors, grassy, very light saison notes. Quite impressed with this.

On tap at the brewery. Pours cloudy golden with a small white head, light lacing. Grapefruit, grains, resin, bitter hops, lemon. Good. Not sure about the 200ibu's they are claiming though. It is bitter but not that bad.

12 oz. can. Pours a murky, brown color, with a small, dense, beige head. The nose is brown sugar, dry grassy hops, vanilla, cardamom, and earth. Dry and malty, with a light, dank bitterness. Light to medium body, with a chalky, sticky palate. This is a pretty mellow and simple brown ale.

375ml bottle - label says it was brewed in 2018 and “aged at least one year before release” - this was bottle conditioned to a pretty high carbonation level, which is an odd choice for this style - turbid dark ruby with an off-white head - nose is earthy and almost smoky, with a touch of acidity and leather - high carbonation, but of fine bubbles, giving it a somewhat creamy mouthfeel - toffee, treacle, dark fruits, sweetbreads - a touch of smoke and chocolate - ends a little earthy, lightly acidic, drying things out and keeping the sweetness from being cloying - it’s quite good.
