12.7 oz. Rated two days ago. Aroma is hardcore brett, green apple, lemon peel, nectarine, light funk. Pours crystal clear golden with a one finger bone-white head that falls somewhat quickly into a ring. Taste is lightly sweet, lightly tart (6/10), lightly bitter, and savory with flavors of brett, lemon, green apple, nectarine. Somewhat tame carbonation. Pretty cool beer.

12.7 oz bottle. Aroma is cereal grains, SweeTarts, lemon, peel and all, some light funk. Pours hazy golden with a two finger bone-white head with good retention. Taste is sweet and spicy like a Belgian golden ale, along with a light tartness. Great mouthfeel. A really nice beer overall.

A little chocolate, a little roast, but mostly an off flavour. Not a bad beer but not an imperial stout worth investing in.

Bottle - pours a lively gold with a slight haze - full carbonation in the mouth - crisp and dry, with a moderately acidic hop profile that nicely compliments the spicy yeast profile - light hay and crackery, rustic maltiness - a touch of funk on the tail end and a lightly buggy tartness - quite good.

Poured from 12.7 fl oz bottle. Near black with dissipating tan head, very active carbonation. Dark chocolate and ash with mild coffee and alcohol. Quite dry and fizzy. Not sure why it was so active (the bottle wasn't moved for over a week; even letting it sit in the glass for 30 mins, it was still a bit over-carbonated).

Bottle. Label seems to feature skull-faced nude woman being restrained by a skeleton hairdresser, which is kind of pathetic. Black with a tan coat of a head. 3+ Aroma of heavy roast, mocha, some soy sauce & licorice, pine. Silky, full bodied. Lowish carbonation. Fudgy with firm roast and a modest bitterness at an end that leans towards dry. Booze sticks out a little as almond essence. After a while the bitterness grips a little more. Not bad.

On tap at the Till Kitchen. Pours a clear, pale yellow color, with a small, white head. The aroma is bread dough, rosemary, pine sap, and orange cream. Sweet and dusty, with a mild bitterness. Light body, with a smooth, clean palate. This is a simple and quality kolsch.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a murky, reddish, brown color, with a big, frothy, beige head. The nose is ripe apples, sourdough, woody hops, and lots of musty notes. Sweet and malty, with a grainy, funky bitterness. Medium body, with a crisp, yeasty palate. This is an interesting and grain-forward beer.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a clear, bronze color, with a small, white head. The aroma is strong pineapple, coconut water, and wet grass. Very sweet and juicy, with a slick bitterness. Thin, acidic, and watery. This is a nicely fruity beer, but not very sour. Fair.
