Draft. Deep golden body with a fizzy white head, rapidly diminishing. Aroma of raw grain, lemon, citrus, pineapple. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/sticky texture, lively carbonation. Less than crisp with a husky grain aftertaste. The bitterness trips over the flavors. Clunky.

12 oz Tulip draft at Mountain Sun Pub and Brewery in Boulder, Colorado. The pour is a somewhat hazy golden with not much of a white head. The aroma is herbal floral, sweet and Belgian yeast. The taste is sweet herbal, clove and the yeast from the nose. Certainly an American “sweeter” Saison. The palate is medium to heavy bodied with soft carbonation and the sweet clove finish.

The original version seems to have been 10.1% but it’s now 9.6% according to my notes. Bright gold, fruity musty aroma, very bitter but delivers clean fruity hop notes with a sweet finish.

Sample at Vine Street. Similar in color to FYIPA but this is more malt forward and English in style while retaining an easy drinking balance.

I had no idea this stood for Fuck Yeah IPA, clear deep gold in color it’s crisp and clean with a balanced piney hop profile with some musty notes. A classic balanced US style IPA.

Sample at Vine Street. Orange in color, it’s got a malty aroma and a crisp light body where the dry finish gives notes of malts and orange. Nice.

No ratings since 2014? Well, I guess this is a new batch or people have been staying away due to the low ratings... On tap at Vine Street. Pretty pink in color with an aroma of soft wheat bread and blackberry. The taste is crisp wheat plus tangy blueberry in the finish.
