Interesting aroma of various sour berries, yeast, oak and farmhouse. Moderately sour and fruity flavour with the same elements, moderate hops.

Big guava, which is no surprise. Sea salt, light pine, and ginger. Sweet and sugary, with a mild, tropical bitterness. Light, sharp, and a touch acidic. Fair.

(Draft at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 21 Aug 2025) Hazy golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, grapefruit, pineapple and pine needles. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of tropical fruit, pineapple, citrus, orange, papaya, white bread and a balanced citric/piney bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Juicy and refreshing. Nice one.

Can at Chophouse Denver who apparently do not make beer anymore. Clear copper color with a medium thick foamy off-white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Partial stings of lace. Aroma of roast malt, fruit and caramel. Light to medium body with flavors of roasted malt, ripe fruit, caramel and slight earthy hops. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

Backlog. Amber colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is guava, some floral, fruity and citrusy tones with mild bready malts and some resin too. Flavour is resin, wood, some guava, fruitiness and mild citrus with some grains and mild biscuity and caramel tones. Not too sweet.
