Description
Somewhere out in Colorado, in the year nineteen hundred and ninety-five, two guys named Dave and Bill learned that while they loved gulping down good beer, they weren’t yet old enough to buy it. They figured an answer to their quandary would appear if they drank enough and listened to enough thinking music, also known as Ska. On the second Skaturday of Skatember it hit them. If they brewed their own beer they’d have all the beer they could ever want. And while they were at it, why not brew the most magnificent suds ever quaffed in their neck of the woods…or any other neck for that matter.

Draft @ Ale House, Denver. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity peachy hoppy citrus aroma. Fruity malty peachy citrus hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty peachy citrus hoppy finish.

Can from Systembolaget. Hazy yellow with a white head. Quite a lot of guava in this one. Also some passionfruit and notes of citrus. Not that bitter.

At SAVOR. Poured a deep, clear cherry red color with a small pink head. Aroma was light citrus, tartness and mild sour. Pleasant tart fruits. Tasty.

(Can) Yellow colour, slightly hazy, with frothy white head. Malty, fruity nose with white bread, honey, citrus and spices. Malty, fruity taste with notes of bread, soft malt, honey, spices, citrus and a gentle citric bitterness. Medium body, mainly dry. Gentle, but tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.

28/5/2022. Can from V and B Northampton shared at the Prague GP beer share. Pours clear pale gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma of melon, stone fruits, grass, touch of pine. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, touch of tart. Moderate body, oily, bit above average carbonation. Okay.

Can, Pivoljub. Somewhat hazy golden, not too much, medium white head, ok lasting. Very lovely tropical fruity nose, sweet feeling with hints of citruses. Medium bitterness, slight sweetness and a bit of fruitiness. Fresh. Gentle aftertaste. Light body. Fresh. Great one. I really like it.

On tap at Angels Trumpet House, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is super fruity, with loads of guava and tropical fruits in general, followed by citrus hops. Flavour is fruity and hoppy, with loads of guava, citrus hops, and just enough biscuity malt. Manages to have loads of guava and piney hop bitterness in beautiful cohesion, ending with a crisp finish. Surprisingly excellent.
