Bought at a craft beer bar in Old Town Salamanca. Pours mostly clear and light gold with an off white head that leaves a collar of small bubbles and a dusting over the top. Aroma is stone fruit and sauce blanc with slight grape must in the back. Flavor is peach and other stone fruits. Yeast present in the flavor. Nice beer.

Draught, half pint. @Caneca Furada, A Coruña. 13/05/2021 [#3.949 Global - #746 Spain - #1 NIB Brewing (My Spanish Brewery #194)] Color anarillo ligeramente turbio con una espuma media y de duración prolongada. Aroma: lúpulo cítrico fresco. Sabor: muy fresca y cítrica. Ligero amargor pero muy equilibrada. Muy buena primera impresión. Next one please!
