Thanks omhper! Hazy yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is funky fruits, some earth, herbs, bretty. Flavour is citrus, peach, some avocado, some funk and mild earthy tones to it.

Canned. Hazy deep golden, rich head. Aroma of strawberry and funky hay. Mid sweet with mild tartness. Light to medium bodied with clean mouthfeel. Tart fresh raspberries, hay and mild funk. Low bitterness.

Dorée/pâle, col fin crémeux blanc.
Arôme au nez houblonné fruité blanc et vert, petite note rustique en rétro-nasal avec une sensation de brett - à cet égard, cela rappelle un peu DLS au niveau de la levure sauvage. Ici, je ne sais pas si c'est le but recherché.
Palais est houblonné avec de suite cet aspect un peu 'brett' qui renvoie aussi à des fruits blancs, raisin style Chardonnay voire note de litchi/kumquat et pointe de groseille à maquereau, bière qui pourrait bien passer pour une hybride de sour farmhouse naviguant sur l'IPA. Sur la fin, effet poussiéreux et ce caractère de bouche qui me rappelle le goût en bouche quand je croque un pépin de raisin.

Tap at Cimmeria, Oviedo, Spain. Pours practically black with very fine light brown foam. Aroma is evident lactose, with the sweet feeling dominant. Body is fairly dense, a little oily, with minimal carbonation. Alcohol is hidden pretty well. Taste is intensely sweet. Final is average.
