Golden. Very alcoholic aroma and flavour. Very sweet. A sub standard malt liquor.

Pale straw. No head. Smells of grassy and some wet grass hoppiness. Taste is a bit raunchy, partly from husky grains, partly from acetaldehyde and partly from diacetyl. They may make a couple of drinkable products, but the basic Efes is not a professional calibre brew, even by the sad standards of modern macrobrewers.
