Bottle at the bar in Snowflake hotel, Sarikamis. Not much aroma. Deep gold. Very smooth taste with reasonable bitterness. Pretty impressed by this.

Bottle at Güzelyurt Restaurant, Erzurum. Interesting mafia vibe to this place. The beer was pretty disappointing. Not as smooth as Efes. Slightly wheaty. Lighter, brighter gold.

Can from liquor store in Erzurum. Smoother than the pilsner but less sweet. More like other international beers...and more boozy tasting even though it's the same abv.

Bottle. Pours clear reddish dark yellow with a very small frothy off-white head, berry aroma, low carbonation, bitter malty taste with artificial berry flavor, thin body, long bitter finish. Boozy with very artificial flavors.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with a very small frothy whitish head, malt aroma with lemon peel, medium carbonation, mildly sweet taste with lemon flavor, thin body, long sweetish finish. Not sure how to categorize this, but it kicks fast. It must be a favorite for low-budget drinkers.
