Aroma: dried fruits, toasted caramel and brown bread. Taste: caramel malts, dried fruits and orange peel. Booze kick. Next one please!

Keg at Stuyck and Co, Madrid, 29/10/22. Reddish to deep amber with a good sized lasting beige head. Nose is caramel malts, candied fruit rinds, blood orange, grains. Taste comprises dried fruit esters, candied orange peel, brown bread, fruit slice. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a kick of booze and a leafy hop presence. Not bad.

On tap at The Stuyck Co, pours a deep dark amber with a medium beige head. Aroma is dry and malty, with dry bready malt, dry toasted caramel, and resinous hops. Flavour is nicely hoppy, with resinous hops, light pine, toasted caramel, and bready malt. Balanced well—solidly hoped, and not too sweet. Could do with more hops, but it's pretty solidly made.
