Bottled(330ml). -very sweet malty aroma, light sweet honey and candy notes, just average brew with good looking label and interesting name

(Bottle 33 cl) Clear amber golden with a creamy, off-white head leaving curtains of lacing. Perhaps a whiff of nuts in the aroma. Medium body, slightly malty but otherwise incredibly unclean and flawed. Notes of metal and a raw, crude, unpleasant bitterness. Scandalous to claim this is a Canadian brew. It’s pure shite and humbug, that’s what it is. 240606

(Bottle 33 cl) Pilsener golden with a fairly decent and rather stable, white head. Slightly fruity nose. Medium body with notes of malt and again a fruity touch in the flavour. Discreet hoppiness in the finish. Actually a fairly decent Pale Lager. 310506

Bottled. Copper coloured, white nice head. Aroma dominated by skunked hops and some weak caramellish notes. Flavour is caramel, malts and hops in a weird, harsh mix.

Bottled at Delirium Café on December 3, 2005.Nice color, but the scent is really different. Is it dates in it? Taste is very sweet and different also. Not bad, but "strange".

Hazy pale yellow, small white head. Fruity, yeasty aroma, maybe hints of mango. Light to medium bodied. Crisp, fruity, touch mango in the fruit esters. Light blond Belgium, not bad as such.

Amber color, creamy off-white head. Malty, cardboard aroma with notes of caramel. Not very strong nose. Carbonated, light, sweetish in the beginning then more like harsh and dry. Belgian/German bulk dark lager.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 3 | Flavor - 4 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 4.5
Bottled
Very dark brown, good coffee head. Very light papery aroma, not very strong. Medium-bodied. Bitterish, dry, papery malty. Propably not stout but dark lager ("American Dark Lager"). Standard and uninspiring. GTIN-code tracks to Haus der 131 Biere.
