330ml bottle. Opalescent, dark amber colour with huge, fluffy, very slowly osteoporosing, moderately lacing, pale sulphureous head. Caramel malty and piney, resinous-sweaty-cheesy, slightly herbal-floral, hoppy aroma, hints of pine needles, a touch of bath salt, whiffs of honey and lavender, alpine herbs. Taste is floral-herbal and soapy, minimally piney, hoppy, slightly caramel malty with some residual sweetness, hints of pine, lavender, caramel, a touch of alpine herbs. Oily-watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium, soft carbonation. Reminds in part of a cheese with alpine flowers milk, but maybe the cheesy part is purely associative due to Alkmaar cheese market - unusual, not bad.
